Our Growth Strategy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Edwica Company Limited started with a client base comprising mainly of private clients with residential building projects. Then, the company has had a 40% growth over the last two (2) years; attracting a host of clients across the private and corporate sectors. It has grown to encompass a portfolio spanning the construction of privately owned multi-storey commercial buildings and renders services to private corporate and government organizations.<\/p>\n

Edwica Company Limited is advancing rapidly with all basics and criteria that increase the capacity of the company in terms of knowledge skills, human resource, equipment, leadership and management. The company keenly seeks short courses and seminars (workshops) offered by esteemed organs in the construction industry, Tanzania Institute of Quantity Surveyors (TIQS), Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Boards (AQRB), Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA), etc., which increases the capacity for managing contracts and related matters in the construction industry.<\/p>\n

The company has established itself with both private owners and institutional projects where it has built strong reliability, resulting from extremity of quality offered. It is well established in Dar es Salaam, and has a dynamic team that is able to control distant projects at any given time. In line with its mission goals, the company is branching out into work with government agencies, medium-to- arge corporate organizations and Non-Government Organisations (NGOs). Together these three sectors account for a significant portion of the construction work in Tanzania and the East African region.<\/p>\n
